I threw out my old HP bag which had fallen apart a bit in just a few months and never been waterproof with the protection which was why I bought it and then I headed towards the station. I went past a stall with cheap fruit but kept going only later on I did want some rambutans and I bought them even though they were more expensive than the earlier stalls at 35 baht kg, it could have been 30. I got to the train station and the train ticket was only 34 baht and I read a bit before getting on the train. I got a seat, but there was only space to spread out for a couple of stops then it was busy with few spare seats. I ate some food and then slept a bit, the train carried on stopping every now and again and people got off, but more got on. I looked down and saw that I had black hands from the rambutan juices and I didn't want to try the toilet as the train was too busy. I managed to move to some side seats with more space opposite some Europeans and checked to see how far it was to go, but my GPS was not working so I switched on my old phone, and it seemed we were coming in from the north into Bangkok going to the main train station so I decided to get off early as it was closer to the train to the airport. The train went past the next stop so I got of at the one after and someone pressed the button for me as it might not have stopped otherwise. It was a dodgy stop which didn't have a proper platform and I had to walk along the tracks to the road which was not good with my luggage and all. I headed along the road and stopped at a 7-11 and bought a few things to eat as after this it was the airport. I found the road to the train station, got there and went up into the station and the ticket was 45 baht. the airport train was really busy and i didn't get a seat for most of the journey. We arrived at the Airport and I went to Q section but there was no desks open to check in yet, so I sit down and read a while and and connected to the WiFi. They opened the desk and I checked in, but my flight was delayed from 12.30 to 1.20am. I went to the Family mart and bought a pot noodle which I took outside to the observation area, where I managed to spill the pot noodle near to the person next to me. I got some toilet paper and cleaned up, and then moved on and finished eating the noodles before going up for the views and there was not much there, just one girl struggling to pack her things away. I went back down and bought another noodle packet, some biscuits and a cake which I ate. Then I finished off my Thai change on some food including another noodle packet. I exchanged my notes and got a whole £20 but they gave me back change in bahts which defeated my purpose in getting rid of my change earlier. It passed midnight and was the next day and I headed through security which went ok and then I waited for the flight to board and as usual got on as one of the last. I had some space on the plane near the back in some seats which weren't supposed to be mine and I settled in and started watching Rogue one which was ok but a little disappointing as it was rather action rather than plot focused. After that I watched Split as there weren't so many appealing films. This turned out to be about a man with split personalities kidnapping 3 girls which sounded like it might be like Panic room or Silence of the lambs but it was at best an average film. The plane went over the desert where there were some strange circles on the land which I didn't understand. We had some food provided at some point on the journey and I had more of the noodles I had bought as the meal was not enough, then I rested after the films and slept a bit before arriving in Amman. As it was a few hours stopover I took a pillow from the plane with me and made my way to the gate area and lay down for a rest. after a couple of hours they moved everyone out of the area so they could set up a security check for everyone to go though to get back into the gate. It was an extra bit of hassle and I didn't go through as there were no toilets in the gate and I didn't want to leave and then have to go back through the security check so I read a while, went to the toilet and then went through the gate and boarded the plane as one of the last again. My seats were ok I think, it has been a while since I returned and as well as having some more food I watched Collateral beauty which I quite liked followed by In time with Justin Timberlake, a film my Dad had watched it turned out. I liked most of the ideas but the fact that people could just steal time of others so easily made it a bit ridiculous as a concept of the future which was otherwise an interesting idea and an ok film. Finally I saw Runner Runner which also had Justin Timberlake as a gambling college student who gets a job working for Ben Afflek in his Costa Rican casino. It was nothing special as a film but entertaining enough that I watched it all. We got some breakfast and the plane reached the UK where I took pictures of the green land. We landed around the time we were supposed to and I got my luggage on arrival and took the Piccadilly line, Victoria line and Overground back to Hackney
